I loved modern and exquisite room in this hotel.

The hotel is quirky and chic with exceptionally pleasant employees with 3 different receptionist. The restaurant was excellant for breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. The large bathroom and the rest was clean. Also, location was marvellous and stunning, at a moderate distance from Macarthur Museum Brisbane. There were a shopping area and a bakery around the property.

Everything was perfect, we had peaceful 1 day here. The room we booked was luxurious and huge with good Bluetooth sound system, great views and slippers as advertised. It had amazing restaurant for breakfast.

Very central location, relatively near an acclaimed museum. Good, satisfactory breakfasts with over cooked and fine foods, for example.

The location was amazing, minutes from Kangaroos. Besides, we where very close to the Queen Street Mall, city and shops, restaruants and the river.

Amazing facilities, excellent staff, great gym and spa, fantastic pool bar, refreshing cocktails.

The room was contemporary and brand-new with spectacular views - loved it. The location was easy in an establishment such as W in 2019, just walking distance from North Quay.

The hotel had a modern and vibrant atmosphere that gave off a great vibe. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They even went above and beyond, upgrading our room and leaving a special treat for our belated anniversary. The location was also convenient, with popular attractions like Southbank and the Treasury Casino just a few minutes away.

The pillow in our room was not to our liking, but the housekeeping staff quickly resolved the issue by bringing us a more comfortable one. However, we found the overall price of the hotel, including the room, service, and food, to be quite high.

Had well laid out double room with the view and wake-up service was available in it. The location was particularly good, close to The Brisbane River...

The bed in my room was a bit too soft.

The hotel offers amazing architecture and textures, creating a unique and cool atmosphere. The bed was super comfy, ensuring a restful sleep. The location is great, with convenient access to shopping, the casino, and South Bank. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The facilities and amenities were new and clean, making for a pleasant and comfortable stay. There is also a Coles nearby for easy snack runs.

Felt like VIPs, as the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Nothing was too much trouble.

The staff provided excellent customer service and the interior design was impressive. The free spa facilities and pool area were great amenities. The comfortable bed and unique room decor added to the overall positive experience.

The hotel offers a wide array of food that was great! The rooms here are brand-new and good sized with breakfast. Favourable location just next door to the best shopping areas, other 3 blue duck restaurants eg Byron, and Suncorp Stadium, it's very central.
